‘MC Personal Training’ was established by Marcus Cope in 2015. My qualifications include, Certified Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach and an Accredited Sports Nutritionist. I specialise in one on one, group training and coaching. Having a background in several sports, I know what it takes to play at a high level and look after your body in the best possible way for ultimate performance.
I spend all of my time helping my clients improve their lifestyle through health and fitness and continue to work towards my own goals. My passion is to guide people towards a fit and healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, life schedule and more importantly fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
