Train Well, Move Better

Marcus runs his own Personal Training Business in Sale (Marcus Cope Personal Training) with a main focus on athlete development and recovery. He has completed a degree in exercise sports science, along with bringing a vast amount of experience.

Whilst interstate, this included two years in a remote community within a soccer academy, JMF, where he took on the role of a Coach/Mentor. He also worked alongside the St Mary's football club in their women's program as a strength and conditioning coach, along with the Darwin Olympic Football Club in Soccer and an NTFL representative at a female football level.

Marcus' role can be seen primarily off field, coordinating all physical conditioning and helping injured players with specific programs and being a suitable advocate in regards to players wellbeing and performance.

‘MC Personal Training’ was established by Marcus Cope in 2015. With qualifications including, Certified Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach and an Accredited Sports Nutritionist. Marcus specialises in one on one, group training and coaching.


He spends most of his time helping clients improve their lifestyle through health, fitness and nutrition, whilst continuing to work towards his own goals. Marcus' passion is to guide people towards a fit and healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. His method is to build a custom plan based on your health, life schedule and more importantly fitness goals. Aiming to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

In 2020, Movember was my choice of charity. It was a great day filled with small group training sessions, with lots of fun, in a fantastic environment. 

Men’s Health is so very important to me, I will always support and continue to raise awareness in as many ways as possible.
