During our initial consultation, we will discuss your medical history, together with your health and fitness goals. This time is designed to help me learn more about you and what you’re looking for from a personal trainer. Whether it be weight loss, physical fitness or general health and nutrition I am here to guide you in the best direction.

During this consultation we’ll also go through an assessment to help me ascertain your current fitness levels and your goals. This will form the foundation for the type of fitness program I will design for you.

My passion is to guide people towards a fit and healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

This is where I can help you out – check out my podcast called "THE MARCUS COPE FITNESS PODCAST" I provide the best health and fitness, business and mental well-being podcasts that are available to download and listen to. I spend time chatting to and learning from some of the industry best coaches and guests.

In 2020, Movember was my choice of charity. It was a great day filled with small group training sessions, with lots of fun, in a fantastic environment. 
Men’s Health is so very important to me, I will always support and continue to raise awareness in as many ways as possible.

The Macro Calculator is first flexible dieting tool of its kind. We developed it to be the most comprehensive and easy to use fitness calculator for people following the diet. The Macro Calculator takes the guess work out of dieting. All you have to do is enter your details, select your goals and retrieve your macros.
