During our initial consultation, we will discuss your medical history, together with your health and fitness goals. This time is designed to help me learn more about you and what you’re looking for from a personal trainer. Whether it be weight loss, physical fitness or general health and nutrition I am here to guide you in the best direction.

During this consultation we’ll also go through an assessment to help me ascertain your current fitness levels and your goals. This will form the foundation for the type of fitness program I will design for you.

My passion is to guide people towards a fit and healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

The Macro Calculator is first flexible dieting tool of its kind. We developed it to be the most comprehensive and easy to use fitness calculator for people following the diet. The Macro Calculator takes the guess work out of dieting. All you have to do is enter your details, select your goals and retrieve your macros. "10 weeks ago I had some fairly significant surgery on my left ankle/foot. I had realignment calcaneal osteotomy, bone grafting of a large medial malleolar cyst and ankle arthroscopy with debridement of a tibial chondral lesion surgery.
Basically I had my Heal broken, realigned and held together with a couple of big screws. Using some bone from my heal they filled a hole in my tibia and had an arthroscope to clean up cartilage damage and scar tissue.
My recovery was to be a slow one with zero weight bearing for 4 weeks. Slight weight bearing with the use of crutches and the assistance of a Cam walker (moon-boot) for the next 4 weeks then gradual increase of movement and weight bearing for the next 6 to 8 weeks.
At the 6 week mark I asked Marcus from Marcus Cope Fitness for some assistance with my rehabilitation. Specifically focusing on strength and balance of my surgically repaired foot.
The exercises Marcus gave me were extremely effective and very practical. With easy to follow personalised short videos my rehab has been coming along very well.
After my 8 week check up with the surgeon, he felt I was at least 2 weeks ahead of schedule and with my exercise regime being a major reason for my progression.
I’m now at 10 weeks post surgery and I have just spent a full day at work without my Cam walker which I was originally supposed to wear till between weeks 14-16. Another major step forward in my recovery and testament to the program Marcus has given me.
I will continue with the exercises and continue to increase my workload and look to get Marcus to build my leg strength with more exercises.
